“Smartpath”, “we” and “us” refer to Smartpath. “You” means a visitor or user. Contact us at hello@smart-path.io. These terms govern use of this website. Equipment purchases, subscriptions, installation and support are subject to the separate terms agreed with the customer.
2. Our technology
Smartpath provides wireless sensing, connected control devices and software for greenhouse climate management. Features, compatibility, installation requirements and service availability depend on the agreed configuration. Website descriptions and demonstrations are general information and do not constitute a binding offer or a guarantee of particular growing results.
3. Responsible use
Use this website and any services lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with systems, introduce malicious code or misuse other people’s information. If you have a Smartpath account, keep credentials secure and limit access to authorised users.
4. Climate control and grower responsibilities
Greenhouse operators remain responsible for suitable climate settings, equipment maintenance and supervision of their installations. Sensors, connectivity, power and connected equipment can fail or require calibration. Follow the installation and operating instructions and maintain appropriate checks and contingency arrangements for your crops and equipment. Specific responsibilities and service commitments are set out in the customer agreement.
5. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Customer deployment data is also subject to the applicable service and data-processing agreements.
6. Intellectual property
Smartpath branding, software, designs and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners. You may view this website for information; any other use must respect the rights of the relevant owner. Customer data remains subject to the ownership and use provisions in the customer agreement.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep website information accurate and available, but errors, interruptions and changes may occur. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that this website is uninterrupted or error-free. Liability for products and contracted services is governed by the applicable agreement and mandatory law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes and applicable law
